Can o Rockets

These are easy, and look really cool. You can make them any size and any number of variations, but here is how I do it.

Materials:

Metal can
Lots of bottle rockets
Powder
Fuse

Procedure:

I used a large coffee can and the last one I made, I counted 235 bottle rockets fitting into it. Cut off the sticks at fuse level from as many rockets as it takes to fill the container (only one layer of course). The reason for cutting them off at fuse level is so the fuse is sitting directly in the powder. Poke a hole in the side of your container and put in a fuse. Secure the fuse with tape to hold it and so no powder leaks out. Put powder in the bottom of the container, just enough to have a thin layer covering the whole bottom. The main fuse leads into this powder. The bottle rockets all sit in the container with their fuses in the powder so they are all ignited at once. When the powder ignites, all the rockets go at roughly the same time, and because they have no guidance stick, they go everywhere! Make sure you are a safe distance away when it goes!
